Platform Owner: The Platform is owned by ESTOSEN INTERNATIONAL PVT, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at SHIVASAKTHI, Kadakkal, NELLIPPALLI, Kollam, India (“Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Your use of the Platform, services and tools are governed by these Terms of Use, along with the policies referenced herein (collectively, “Terms”). If you transact on the Platform, the policies applicable to such transactions also apply. By merely using the Platform, you are contracting with the Platform Owner and these Terms constitute your binding obligations. These Terms relate to your use of our website and any goods and/or services (collectively, “Services”). Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected and shall have no effect. We may modify these Terms at any time; please review them periodically.
Acceptance: For the purpose of these Terms, “you”, “your” or “user” means any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user/buyer on the Platform. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS; PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
This Privacy Policy describes how ESTOSEN INTERNATIONAL PVT and its affiliates (“ESTOSEN INTERNATIONAL PVT”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collect, use, share, protect and otherwise process your information/personal data through our website www.moops.shop (the “Platform”). You may browse certain sections without registering. We do not offer any product/service outside India; your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. By visiting the Platform, providing information or availing products/services, you agree to this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and applicable service/product terms, and to Indian laws applicable to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
We collect personal data when you use the Platform, our services or otherwise interact with us. This may include (without limitation): name, date of birth, address, telephone/mobile number, email ID, and any information shared as proof of identity/address. With your consent, we may collect sensitive personal data such as bank/credit/debit card or other payment instrument information, or biometric information (e.g., facial/physiological information) to enable opted-in features, in accordance with applicable laws. You may choose not to provide information by not using a particular service/feature.
We may track your behaviour, preferences and other information you provide; this may be compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis. We also collect information relating to your transactions on the Platform and on third-party business partner platforms (governed by their privacy policies). We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices. If you receive communication asking for sensitive credentials (PINs/passwords), do not share them; report such incidents to law enforcement.
We use personal data to provide and improve services, including assisting sellers/partners in order handling and fulfilment, enhancing customer experience, dispute resolution, troubleshooting, informing you about offers/products/services/updates, customizing experience, detecting/preventing fraud and criminal activity, enforcing terms, conducting marketing research/analysis/surveys, and other purposes described at collection. You may opt out of marketing uses where provided.
We may share personal data within our group entities, corporate entities and affiliates to provide access to services/products offered by them; they may market to you unless you opt out. We may disclose data to third parties such as sellers, business partners, service providers (including logistics partners), PPI issuers, reward programs and other payment partners. You can delete your account via your profile/settings or by writing to us (see “Grievance Officer”). Deletion may be refused or delayed if there are pending grievances/claims/shipments/services. After deletion, you lose access to the account. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected or as required by law. We may retain data to prevent fraud or for other legitimate purposes, and may keep anonymised data for analytics and research.
You may access, rectify and update your personal data via Platform features provided.
By using the Platform or providing information (including via partner platforms/establishments), you consent to collection, use, storage, disclosure and other processing as per this Privacy Policy, and consent to us and our affiliates/partners contacting you via SMS, instant messaging apps, calls and/or email for the purposes specified. You may withdraw consent by writing to the Grievance Officer (subject line: “Withdrawal of consent for processing personal data”). We may verify such requests. Withdrawal is not retrospective and may limit Services that rely on such data.
Please review this Privacy Policy periodically. We may update it to reflect changes in practices and, where required by law, notify you of significant changes.
